I have tried and tested a series of techniques as part of my training in meditations and mindfulness have settled on two forms that have been very effective for myself and my clients.
I use a combination of Emotion code, Body code, Bio-cognition techniques and Self-Healing Meditation to release trapped emotions and blockages and replace them with positivity so you can heal yourself and move forward. As part of a session, I make sure to include additional elements that are specific to help you deal with your current challenges.
A brief description of the techniques are mentioned below. Certain ailments require more body code work but all ailments, whether physical, mental or emotional have elements of emotion code as part of their healing process. The Emotion Code:
Dr. Bradley Nelson has developed the emotion code system which is a quick and easy way of determining the trapped emotion that is causing you a challenge. People often sense that they have emotional issues but don’t know how to get past them. They are amazed to see how easily these energies can be found and removed, and how different they feel when they are freed from them.
Trapped emotions can affect you physically just as much as they can mentally and emotionally. It is my experience that a significant percentage of physical illnesses, emotional difficulties and self-sabotage are actually caused by these unseen energies. You can take your life back, enjoy better health.

The Body Code:
Also developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson, the body code goes beyond trapped emotions. It considers the following six elements and helps remedy/heal them. Your subconscious mind mind communicates with us and tells us exactly what is causing the challenge. This is then remedied through release of the energy that helps release the challenges.
Circuitry – our organs, glands, muscles that make up our physical body.
Energy – trapped emotions from the past or inherited from our parents and families.
Pathogens – fungal, bacterial, viral, mold and parasites.
Nutritional – the food we eat, including herbs and nutrients.
Structural – our bones, nerves and connective tissue.
Toxicity – heavy metals, free radicals, chemicals and other environmental toxins.
This step is typically used when releasing trapped emotions. It is used to replace negative emotions with positive affirmations. The affirmations are based on the context of your emotion. You do not need to divulge the event that caused you the emotion.
