Pillar 1: Clean/Healthy eating

Healthy eating is not about deprivation, it’s about nourishing your body!

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

As a health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

Bio-individuality™: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!

Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Pillar 2: Simple Body Movements/Exercise

We need to move our bodies to keep them functioning properly. As no one diet works for everyone, there is no one way to exercise that is right for everyone and will guarantee the perfect body and health.

Exercise helps with

  • Releasing stress & pain
  • Increasing oxygen level in body
  • Increasing blood circulation & energy
  • Maintaining blood sugar level
  • Improving good cholesterol level
  • Improving quality of sleep
  • Losing and sustaining body weight

We have so many options – walking, yoga, pilates, running, swimming, dancing, biking and more. When we work together we find out the best options depending on your interests, fitness level and your goals.



Pillar 3: Meditation/Relaxation

Long-term stress can cause us feel exhausted, worried, and anxious, crave unhealthy foods or become forgetful or lose quality of restful sleep. Meditation is one of the best ways to rejuvenate the system so we have energy to be calmer and to handle more stress.

As no one diet or exercise work for everyone, no one type of meditation is right for everyone either. We all meditate in our own ways – reading our favorite book, cooking a delicious meal, soaking in a relaxing bath, listening to relaxing music, dancing along a high tempo music, running in a park, walking in a beautiful garden, walking barefoot on grass or a beach – the list is endless. The idea is doing anything that helps to put you in touch of that part of you that helps you relax, enjoy and put your mind at ease.

In my coaching sessions, I guide you through a meditation when I see a need for it and also give ideas and tips to continue that kind of activity on your own. Most of my clients love it!

Pillar 4: Unblocking bioenergetic-field through Energy Healing

We think of energy as something we get when we eat food or drink caffeine. We need to understand that life energy, prana or chi is actually a very real energy like electricity or like the signal for our television. We can’t see it but we can certainly feel it.

Have you ever got a small cut or burn in your finger and see it getting healed on it’s own within a few days? Have you ever experienced very low in energy or almost feeling depressed, and feel totally fine after taking a short walk in a park or talking with a friend?

And what about these other scenarios where you have felt drained of energy after talking with someone who may be stressed, angry or depressed? Or felt agitated for no reason as soon as you enter an office or someone’s house?

What you experienced in the above scenarios is

  1. Our bodies have ability to heal itself.
  2. The energy flow in our bodies can get affected by our environment and can make us feel happy and energized, or feel stressed and drained of energy.
  3. We can feel dis-ease when the flow of energy gets blocked or go out of balance. Flow of energy can get blocked by unhealthy lifestyle like food habits, physical activity, relationships, environment at home and work to name a few.

Energy healing works based on the premise that our body has ability to heal itself and all we need to do is to restore the flow of bioenergetic field to give our body a “jump start” and our body takes care of the rest.

Energy healing sessions are relaxing and can be done in-person or at distance.

Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? Are you taking enough time to relax on a regular basis?

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy and health.
